Hi Alexis, depending on what account you have chosen there is a set amount of storage available. If you're the account owner you can check this in your Account Management. Simply click your profile image, click Account Management, and then from the side panel choose the Subscription tab. You can then see your storage allowance. If you have any questions, let me know!

Ya, it seems like you have tricked us all into buying more because we can't mass delete, or filter based on file size lol.

You have built the system so that you can only delete files one by one, when you have hundreds of thousands, it is unsustainable. 

This is unethical.
