Dear Wrike,

I want to use your services outside your system. For example if I have task with name "Wrike Dev" how can i create subtask in that task with just sending e-mail? Is something like that possible?

Hi Aleksandar, thanks for your question - it's a good one! At the moment email integration allows you to create tasks in Folders and Subfolders but not as a subtask.
 
I'm curious to your Folder set up, and if making a Subfolder tier might be useful here? For example, you could create a subfolder instead of a parent task and create tasks in this subfolder via email.
 
Alternatively, you could create as a task by email in the required Folder and later when you're in Wrike simply drag and drop it into the parent task in List view to change it to a subtask of that task.
