Wrike website login.. cannot switch Google account!

Hi. 

I am in the process of evaluating Wrike. I logged in with my wife's gmail account to test collaborator access.

Now, when accessing help.wrike.com for example, and clicking "sign in", it logs me in right away with her gmail account. I tried deleting some cookies from Wrike but that doesn't help.

I help my wife with her business emails, thus am always logged in with her gmail account as well as several others. Forcing me to log out from gmail (which has the effect of logging me out of ALL gmail accounts at once) should not be required for this.

Please see how you can rectify this?

Hi there! Guessing you are not Janie :) Sorry to hear about the confusion. I'll start by explaining how our login options work to add some clarity here:

  1. When logging into the Wrike Workspace, you can choose the option to log in with Google. Here, you can select the required Google account (your own or your wife's).
  2. Logging into the Help Center is done through the Wrike Workspace. What happens when you click "Sign in" here is that a call is sent to the Wrike Workspace, asking which account is currently logged in there. Whichever account that is gets signed into the Help Center.

So, to log in to the Help Center with your own email address, make sure you're signed into the profile associated with your email in Wrike. After that, click "Sign in" here and that should do the trick. Let me know how that goes, I'm here to help if any other questions come up!
