Use a Different Custom Workflow for Individual Tasks within a Project
We are going to be doing a software upgrade for more than 30 customers. Within the overall project tasks, we would like to use Custom Workflows to show status for each of the individual customers. The Default Workflow will work for all the other project tasks. I would like to see the option to assign Workflows at a task/sub-task level, so we don't have to manually change each workflow from Default to the Custom Workflow before editing the new Workflow value.

Hi Myra, currently the parent Folder's Workflow is automatically applied to all Subfolders and subtasks. However, there is a way to do this which may work for you. If you have two separate Folders for Clients and Project Tasks, with two separate Workflows for each, and use tagging. Let me explain in more detail using the below Folder example:
This way the Project Tasks will now show up with the Client Folder's tasks, and vice versa and both will keep the respective Workflows you initially assigned to each Folder.
This set up has other benefits like keeping all tasks for clients in one easily accessible Folder.
