I'd love to add a "react" to a status change
Nothing major or anything, i'd just like to be able to use the "react" function on a status change.
I love using the react function on a comment to signify i read it and am okay with it without actually commenting.
When something is approved i'd love to do the dance emoji as in yay we did it/to celebrate.
