Hi Brad! This is actually already possible :) Here's how to convert a task into a subtask:

A subtask can be converted into a regular task by detaching it - check out this part of the Subtasks article to learn more. Does this help?

I am finding that even when I do this, the subtask is duplicated in two different parent tasks. I only want it to appear in one parent task, obviously. When I delete it in one parent task, it also deletes it in the other parent task- not helpful!

Is this a glitch or is that how the functionality works?
