Sub-tasks

when I add a task to a folder, All the sub-tasks and sub-tasks under sub-tasks, also get added to that folder.

And when I see the list of tasks in that folder, I see not just the parent task, but all the sub-tasks separately.

This happens with some tasks, and not with other tasks.

How do I ensure I only see the parent task in the folder and not the sub-tasks.

Hi Sankalp, thanks for reaching out here! When subtasks appear separately from their parents, it means that the applied filtering criteria doesn't match for the subtasks and the parent task. For example: if a parent task has no due date, but a subtask is due this week, and your filters are set to show tasks "due this week", you will only see the subtask. Same with statuses - if you're filtering all active tasks, but the parent has been completed, you won't see it together with the subtasks. Does that make sense? Happy to answer any further questions about this!
