[Duplicate] Markdown Language
Note from Wrike Team: Check out Markdown Formatting in Description Field to vote for the original request.
Our team uses markdown language when trying to highlight things in conversation especially as it relates to particular subjects, code snippets, and things of that nature. Many other project management tools have this feature as does our team's primary communication tool (Slack). Unfortunately, Wrike does not. For those unfamiliar, I've included the Wikipedia definition below:
Markdown is a lightweight markup language with plain text formatting syntax. It is designed so that it can be converted to HTML and many other formats using a tool by the same name.[8] Markdown is often used to format readme files, for writing messages in online discussion forums, and to create rich text using a plain text editor. As the initial description of Markdown contained ambiguities and unanswered questions, many implementations and extensions of Markdown appeared over the years to answer these issues.
Rich format text in comments is now available 🙌

Collaboration Just Got Easier, Introducing Rich Commenting
Hi Matt, this is a great suggestion, and it's already a popular discussion on the Community: Markdown Formatting in Description Field. Do you think you could add your comment and input there? Would be fantastic to keep the conversation going!
Anastasia - I did add my comment over there per your request. It seems like there are a number of people requesting this so hopefully Wrike can get this on the roadmap.
