Hi Kowus, thanks for reaching out here! Only the creator of a Shared Report is able to export it, this ensures that any potentially sensitive data stays safe within the account. There's an existing Community request to change the logic to what you're referring to, so sharing it here in case you want to go ahead and add your votes/comments there: Reports Permissions. I'll go ahead and close this post for comments, but will be more than happy to continue the discussion in the original post! :)
@Kowus Exciting update here! Regular Users and Collaborators who a Report is shared with (even if they're not the creator) are now able to export table Reports to Excel.
