my team - account

Hi, one of my team memebers (kaja.rud@agora.pl) cannot use Wrike. First she logged in individually and now she is asked to upgrade her account and cannot see our shered projects. What we should do?

Hello I would like to down grade the trial to the lowest number of individuals 1-2 so I don't lose the basics of the account after the trial period. Would I need to set up a new account to do this?
