Whatever browser is, sometimes work, sometime not.

Hi Vitaly, thanks for your post. I have tested this with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and esc is working for closing image attachments.
Considering it's working intermittently for you, I'll raise a ticket to our Support Team to investigate this. You'll receive an email about this Support ticket soon.
