Edit Comments
For comments, it would be great if it was an option to allow editing. While some businesses might want a record and therefore don't allow editing after 6 minutes, it would be wonderful if for others it was an option to edit at any time. It clutters everyone's inbox to have to delete a comment and resubmit a comment for minor edits.
Upvoting this. It's annoying not to be able to edit comments--or have the flexibility for organizations to customize it. If tracking was an issue at other companies, can we have a version history for comment edits?
A version history is a good idea.
