Table View should have the same functionality as List View
We have many project managers who prefer to update and maintain their projects in Table View. It would be great if the Table View could have the same functionality as the List View... for example, bulk edit.
Table View is really only good for looking at the structure of a project plan. Table view would be much more useful if I could also directly create, move, and delete tasks, subtasks, and folders while in Table View.
Hi everyone! @David, Mass Editing is an interesting idea for the Table View, I think that would be helpful. @Andrew, thanks for weighing in on this! Wanted to quickly mention that it's possible to create a task by clicking this option at the bottom of the Table:
The lack of bulk editing in table view, and the weird way it's implemented in List View, makes me CRAZY (can't just shift-click). In Table view, some fields are editable and others aren't. No idea why. I also find behaviors inconsistent / unexpected: I just marked a couple of projects as Cancelled, yet they / their tasks / subtasks still appear in views of "all active" projects.
I'm not a project manager; we're just trying to use Wrike to manage our high-level projects / roadmap (my team already rejected Wrike for managing day-to-day / weekly work as they generally find it too cumbersome).
This would be super useful, please add it. The Table View shows custom fields and time logged, both something we use a ton. Being able to sort by a custom field and multi select the bottom 10 or 20 tasks and move them to another folder would be a game changer.
