Mixing professional and busienss users
We use the Professional edition for most of our work, but we have one specific project that requires some features of Business. Is it possible to add a subset of users at business level and the rest at professional? If not, can we setup a second subscrpition for that team? And if we do that can those on the business edition be invited to collaborate on the professional edition projects?
Hi Mike, thanks for your post. Currently, this would not be possible within the one account. Also creating a new account will generate new folder structure which cannot be shared across the two accounts. I think it would be best to speak to your Account Manager about your options here. We would like this as well... Everyone is not going to use the business features... only a few people in our company. It is this type of restrictions from Wrike that keeps my eyes open for alternative platforms with more flexibility in it's pricing/feature structure. It doesn't make sense to upgrade the entire team's price to business, when they won't all be using all of the features. I see the other post was over two years old... why isn't this more accommodating yet?

This isn't possible in one account and as Steve mentioned above, creating a new account will generate a new folder structure that can't be shared across the two accounts.

i agree with the other posts. only one person in our organisation will use the features found in the professional (including wrike resource), the others would be at business level. why isn't this possible? why lose an entire account in the hope of charging more?
