iOS Mobile App

I am commenting to tasks within the iOS app.

 

However, it is often several minutes, or hours even, before that post shows up in the web app feed on the comments to that task. Effectively, making my comment obsolete for the flow of team conversation.

 

Is this a deficiency on my mobile device, my connection, or the sync between mobile and web?

I am having the same problem....I just deleted the app and reinstalled.  I hope this fixes the problem.

This issue seems to come and go.  Unfortunately, it's unreliable enough at this point that I won't use the Ipad app anymore.

We are also having a problem with iOS mobile app. Sometimes the comments are delayed and create confusion :( it's intermittent so we don't really know the reason.
