Wrike desktop app opening and closing quickly
I just rolled out Wrike this week to my company. I downloaded the desktop app to everyone's computer and got it setup. Some people seem to be having problems with closing the app and trying to open it again. It flashes very quickly and exits. I checked the task manager and wrike.exe is only opening for a brief second before closing. I wanted to know if this is a cache problem or a problem with wrike itself. Thanks.

It's also worth noting that the app gave me a banner multiple times that said I could edit preferences to open links in the app, but it's not clear where I can view or edit my preferences. (From there, I decided to just try opening a link anyway, which led to the above sequence.)

The first thing to do, if you haven't already, is to uninstall and reinstall the app. This usually helps in 99% of cases. You can let me know if you're still having issues and I can raise a ticket to our Support Team to help 🙌

After a reboot of my computer, the Wrike app starts again. I tried doing the same thing: opening a second tab, then closing with Ctrl+W. It closes the entire program instead of just the one tab, which is either a bug or an unfortunate keyboard shortcut, since other apps just close the current tab. However, I'm now able to re-open the app afterwards. Maybe the inability to re-open the app after closing it is only an issue if you haven't rebooted since install?
It might be worth having someone look into these 2 problems, but it looks like it's fine for me now since it's started up again, and I can just not use the keyboard to close tabs..
