freeing up space on wrike
Hi,
I am trying to free up space for my collaborators to upload files. but nothing is working. At the moment the account owner is not available. and a few days ago he freed up a ton of space but it still is not enough. can you help?
We've removed the attachments from old Tasks and emptied the trash. Still nothing?
Hi Sam! You should still have quite a bit of storage left (half of your overall storage is still available). Can you tell me if it's all Collaborators are having the same problem, or what error message they are seeing?
I have this issue frequently, there is no good way to surface all the files in one place organized by date So I can bulk delete them. If there is, it's not very well surfaced.
