iPhone users

A few of my team members have iPhones instead of Android devices. We seem to be having issues immediately seeing everything (ex. descriptions in tasks). Can you help me understand the differences in the the two operating systems? They seem to be completely different from a functionality standpoint and I am an android person so I'm lost on iPhones.
