Misleading product information
I contact the support department 3 days ago.
I bough the pro package, and I cannot even move my cards / rename them.
(This is not even Kanban ability that you sell) --> and no, I'm not talking about custom workflows.
I want to keep the existing workflow, but having the on-hold card to appear before the complete one.
Or at least rename it.
Hi Guy, I know our team is working on you via the other channels you reached out on but I also wanted to respond here as well. The Professional subscription is more of an out of the box solution and so does have fewer customization options than Business and Enterprise. However, you will still be able to move tasks from one status to another. What you won't be able to do is edit statuses which is what I think you may want to do.
Our team has already responded to you, but please let me know if you wanted to discuss what's available on the different tiers.
For anyone else reading this thread I also want to say, we are more than happy to talk about what is available on different plans and help you figure out which one meets your needs and go into functionality in detail.

Regarding your comment, I do hope that you realize that you are one of the few companies that do not allow renaming card groups in a Kanban and by that, this is a very confusing feature.
I do see Custom workflows with great benefit I you would like to have custom card groups, but believe me or not I don't see how this little change worth almost 2 times the price a year.

I likewise bought the pro version and paid for a year. I thought I would have been able to rename the statuses and would not have purchased the program if I'd have known that wasn't a feature.
I agree that it is very misleading!
