Hi Martha! Are you referring to "Effort Allocation"? This is a feature which can be enabled from Wrike Labs, and it allows you to enter the amount of time that a user needs to dedicate to a task on a daily basis. When you fill in this information, you can switch over to the Workload View, and see a representation of how much everyone has on their plates. Then, if needed, you can reschedule tasks to other times or other team members, to make sure that nobody is overbooked. Does this help? I'll be happy to answer any additional questions! :)

I would like to take the opportunity to tell me how I could put a custom field as a mandatory field.
Hi Martha, currently you cannot make Custom Fields mandatory. There's a post about this in our Product Feedback section called Set required custom fields. Be sure to visit and upvote the suggestion over there!
