Hi Anastasia. No, the issue was limited to the date of my original post. Perhaps it was a particularly high-traffic day, or there was some other update going on? Since then, some posts/updates can still take longer than normal to appear, but this is expected for a web-based service. And nothing like the 1HR+ times we were experiencing on 8/16/17. Thanks.
