Wrike Request Form Issue
I am getting a lot of negative feedback with reference to the verification when submitting a request that the person is not a robot. Users are telling me they are choosing images correctly but it's rejecting it. Any chance this could be made more simple?
Hi Ben, thanks for posting your feedback! The CAPTCHA we use is powered by Google, and we don't decide which image or type of verification is presented to users (it can also be a checkbox, not only an image). That said, if there are any images which you find to be unclear, I think this could be good feedback for the team over at Google to look into. Happy to help with any other questions! :)
We also are receiving feedback from our users in mainland China that they cannot submit a request form due to the CAPTCHA that is powered by Google. Google is not permitted in China, and therefore, they cannot complete the form and submit.
It would nice to have a feature to turn off the CAPTCHA. For example, we have our settings locked down to SSO (for our company users only) and to only accept requests from our company email domain. Seems like other security features could be included in order to avoid the "I am not a robot" feature, especially for international users where Google is not allowed.
We've also encountered the issue where our China campus is not able to submit external request forms due to the CAPTCHA. An option to disable it would be great for companies with global campuses!
Hi, we have the same issue as Ben. Users feel like they got ir right but their attempt is being rejected. It would be great to have an easier verification test.
@all - good news! There's now an option to disable the Captcha on External forms. Thank you for the feedback and votes here which helped push this to development 👍
