syncing with JIRA and collaborators
If a regular user has set up a sync with JIRA and is then downgraded to a collaborator what happens to the synced folder? It also seems that ownership can't be added to the synced folder.

Hi Kajsa!
The synced Folder will stay intact if you downgrade this User to a Collaborator. You can turn this Folder into a Project and assign an Owner, if this is what you meant. If not - I'd appreciate if you could elaborate a little :)
