Picture

The picture I selected in Wrike is not showing up in my tasks. There are also other users whose pictures are not showing up.

I'm also having this problem.  The picture I have for my account, which had been working fine until yesterday, won't render on any screens of the Wrike workspace, or on my profile update screen.  Other users' pictures seem to appear with no problem.

I know this seems like a minor issue, but it's just one of those little things that's annoying every time you see it, and leads to a general feeling of dissatisfaction.

In addition, others here that use Wrike are not having this problem. Why only me?

I am having the same issue although as I write this message, I see my picture showing next to this text box. 

I just clicked back to my tasks and it is not showing there.  Another user can see my picture on his computer but I cannot.

I appear to be having the same issue. I am seeing a box with an X in it where user profile pictures used to be.

Hi, I'm having same issue as everyone else on this page. My profile picture was displaying it just fine up until yesterday and now it's just a blank box. I see everyone else's image for their profile image and nothing for mine. Help please?!?!

This issue seems to be fixed for me today.  My "avatar" picture is now appearing in the Wrike workspace.

Hi everyone! That's right @Tom, our engineers released a fix for this today. Thank you everyone for your patience on this! If avatars aren't showing, please try force refreshing your browser to make sure the update is pushed to your workspace:

  • On Windows: Ctrl + F5
  • On Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
