Can't access my tasks / switch to free plan after trial has ended

Hi!

I didn't get any notification but I guess my trial has expired.

Now I am automatically forwarded to subscription page which is empty. Same in Chrome and IE.

I can't access my tasks / or switch to free plan.

I guess I'm not alone in this situation. I was on the Enterprise Trial, but it has ended. I cannot make any changes. I've clicked on the create new account, and it brings me back to the Enterprise Trial has expired. We are evaluating Project Management Tools, and Wrike is one of them. However, we are unable to purchase prior to the start of our new fiscal year. I would like to keep a free account so we can continue to review Wrike as a potential tool in our department. How do I accomplish this? I greatly appreciate your help on this.

Hi Anastasia!

I have a similar problem. I have created an account to test things out, but it instead of allowing me to select a free plan it forced me to select a payed plat for a 2-week trial. I am planning to use Wrike with a small team and only for several projects, want to test things out generally.

Separately I would like to point out that it would be great if Wrike had a feature which would allow users to switch to a free plan from their settings dashboard, would eliminate a need for people to request your help, get bounced to support, and so on.

Also, in my opinion 2 weeks is not an adequate time to evaluate a tool for something as vital as project management. I can't invest 2 weeks of my time learning a tool I know I won't be buying anytime soon, expecting features I spend time learning to be deactivated when trial expires.

Hi, my trial ends today (0 days left). I've also found that 2 weeks is too short a time to properly evaluate Wrike despite it looking like a fantastic candidate. I have reached out to my Account Manager Sunday evening but haven't heard anything back as yet. Can I please get the trial extended (ideally) or moved to a monthly professional plan? I would love to go on a monthly Business Plan to continue to evaluate but I believe this is not an option - https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115003614865-Monthly-option-to-purchase-Professional-license

If Professional is the only option I would like to understand what will happen when I lose "User groups & permissions". Will everyone invited to wrike (including external collaborators) be able to see everything in Wrike? It would be great to be run through the transition onto this plan.

Ultimately I plan to go with Business if we proceed to roll this out through the business so I'd like to also understand if existing data in Business features e.g. Timelog will be restored once we transition back to the Business plan.

I made an account yesterday and we are only two users on Wrike (so far) which is why I wish to change it from business to a free account - at least until our marketing team grows. It doesn't seem like it is possible to change manually - can you help me?
