Hi there! Sorry to hear that! I'll be happy to go over the options/logic, could you please just clarify whether you erased data written in a Custom Field, or if you deleted a Custom Field column from the Table View?
I also had a question about deleting values in custom fields. We have found that if a user accidentally deletes the value entered into a custom field, there is no way to retrieve it from the recycle bin, etc. This is problematic for us because we have sales people filling in some of the custom field data when they complete and submit a form. If we accidentally delete the value, then we have to go back to the sales person and ask them to provide the information again.
Hi Michelle, thanks for your post. I can understand the problem that may raise. Currently, there are no plans on the roadmap for Custom Fields tracking however it would be great to add your vote to this feedback post.
The Product Team are aware of this post and are looking closely at the popularity and what people are looking for there. Any updates to the request I'll be posting there too.
