Global Reporting

Here's what I am trying to figure out - how can a design a Wrike report that looks at EVERYTHING in our Wrike universe?   Right now, if I try to create a report like the one below, it appears that all I can do is pick individual folders/projects.  How does one say 'I want to report on everything'?

Hi Alan! I can definitely help you create a Report that includes everything that's shared with you. You just can't Report on things that aren't shared with you.

The easiest way to create an all-inclusive Report is actually to use the "New Report from Scratch" option.

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Select the "New Report from Scratch" option.
  3. Click "Tasks".
  4. Click the checkboxes next to all of the Folders/Projects. If you select a top-level Folder, then it'll automatically select all Subfolders for you.
  5. It looks like you want to report on active tasks by assignee, so in the filters tab click the dropdown next to "Status" and select "All active". Then click the dropdown next to "Assignee" and add the names of anyone you want to include on the report.
  6. Click "Table" on the final panel.
  7. Select "Save & View".

You'll have a Report that shows all active tasks, from all of your Folders, and assigned to the people you specified. You can go ahead an share your Report with others on your team if you want to. Would love to hear if this works for you :)
