Billing Administrator

I'm an admin user. the person who is a billing administrator is no longer with the organization and we can't delete her profile. how do we change the billing administrator over to myself

Hi Jewel, I just created a Support ticket for you so that we can get this taken care of! It's a little trickier when we can't get a hold of the original account owner, so Support will need to get some written confirmation from you. If you could reply to the ticket you receive and confirm who the owner should be changed to/from and have one additional admin from your account email Support with the same request (and confirming who the ownership should pass to/from) that would be a great start.
