Folders
Hi everyone,
So I have a project that then has 4 subfolders - in which I then create sub-tasks and what not. But every now and again these random sub-tasks will appear alongside my 4 main subfolders. I can't seem to figure out why. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance :)
Br,
Jacob
Hi Jacob, hmm that sounds strange. Are the subtasks appearing as Folders in the Folder tree? Or do the subtasks appear without parent tasks in the main Folder? If you could send a screenshot highlighting what's happening that might help too!
Only 'Leads', 'Live Restaurants' and 'Restaurants Signed' should be showing in this section - the other tasks like 'Get signed contract' and 'Awaiting Bank Details ...' are sub-tasks of other tasks.
And to answer your question, yes exactly :)
Hi Jacob, let me step in for Stephanie here. It’s possible that the parent task of the subtask doesn’t match filters you set and therefore the subtask is displayed, but the parent task isn't. For example, you have parent task A, it has subtask B, and subtask B has subtask C. If the “B” subtask is completed, and your filters are set to show only active tasks you’ll see tasks “A” and “C” as separate tasks in the list. Please let me know if this isn't the case, we'll figure out next steps together.
