Hi folks, thanks a lot for you continued support for this suggestion!
As we're approaching the 60 upvotes threshold, I checked with the team to see if there are such plans for the future. It looks like an interesting suggestion to them, and even though there are no immediate plans for it, they can see a possibility to research it in the coming months 👍

Hello, this would be a really important feature to be considered particularly to provide high level updates to leadership and senior management. Would be great if the product team can look into this now that we have crossed the 60 upvote mark.
Hi Thierry Marimoutou, welcome to the Community 👋
Thanks a lot for reaching out and sharing your feedback! I've added the status here that designates that, as I mentioned recently, our team have reviewed it and find it useful. They may be able to research it in the coming months, we'll keep you posted 👍

Just upvoted #67 -- this feature would be essential to eliminate redudancy and relying on an excel spreadsheet for sharing of "latest status". The absence of this feature in Table View or to be added to custom reports is hindering adoption and making it difficult to ween some of our user group off the spreadsheet format.
Hope that the interest from the Product Development team will consider this an essential addition for the roadmap.
Hey Yvette Kama, thank you for adding your support for this idea. I'm now passing your feedback to the team 👍
Any changes or updates in the future - we'll let you know!

Adding my vote. As a PM consultant, this is one of those "must haves" that cause me frustration with Wrike. Most PMs manage multiple projects, and most PMOs are looking at multiple projects. When scanning multiple projects, I am looking for Progress compared to Plan and the most recent or most relevant comment, the "why".
Hi Kelly Hinkson, welcome to the Community! Thank you for supporting this suggestion, I've passed your feedback on to our Product Team and we'll keep you informed in case there are any changes 👍

This is a vital feature and now has 67 upvotes and 4 years of feedback. Where is this in the development roadmap?
I'm adding my support for this as well - for transactional work, it's been easy to create reports, but for development projects where we are running down risk mitigations, providing a written status update that we can review over time is critical. Would love to see this feature integrated into the process.
Added my vote to this. Currently double handling and highly subject to human error / forgetfulness to keep two places updated and in sync.
Hi everyone, thank you very much for adding your support to this feature. Currently, we don't have updates to share about this idea, however, we're passing all your comments on to our Product Team 👍
Looking for an update. Could really use this now
It would be great if we could extract any comment from the comments activity stream without having to use a developer or API, including project updates. We currently have to hold a separate custom field free text which of course is open to being forgotten about or overwritten.
Is there any scope to have flags on comments made that could then be used for various reports? Such as @projectupdate, @comment, @approvalneeded which then tags itself against the comment, and then could be made a field filter to be extracted in Analysis?
For example, a report of by line projects, and the last @projectupdate comment within that project?
Hi Jennifer Ebaugh, welcome to the Community! Hi Richard Thurbon, thanks for sharing your user case with us. I'm afraid we don't have updates to share about these options, however, I've passsed your comments on to our Product Team and we'll keep you informed if there are any changes.
We are in need of this same latest comment functionality. Can anyone from the Wrike team provide an update on where that functionality lies on the roadmap?
Having the last comment in a field in table view would be an immense help for project and task management. Does 94 upvotes get any traction? Thanks!
I'm adding my vote to this. Table view is such a key broad view for a project, having to jump into tasks to see the latest update seems rather clunky..

I just came across to this request cause I also had this idea and would be perfect to have this feature! Being able to see as notification - just the '+1' (number of new comments) - in Table View in a column would be very handy!
Thank you for supporting this idea, Alexandre Lindolfo de Oliveira-! 👍🏽

Adding my upvote here! As we try bring more folks into Wrike not having this is becoming a sticking point for being able to get a quick sense for the current status of every close due soon item across many individuals.

This suggestion is now EIGHT YEARS OLD and has more than double the upvotes requested when this suggestion was originally given. Can we have a more clear update on when this feature can be added or worked on instead of just "we've shared our feedback and will keep you in the loop." This is clearly a feature that people have expressed large interest in and other platforms like ClickUp and Notion. How long to "back burner" projects stay in limbo?
