When I send an email to wrike@wrike.com it doesn't end up in my tasks

Hi Darci, I apologize for the delayed reply. It looks like this may have been figured out already. Please let me know if you still have questions.we can help figure out what's going on. 

If you do still have a question, can you let me know where you are checking for tasks? If wrike@wrike.com is the only recipient in the "to" or "cc" field, then a task should be created and assigned to you, and visible in My Work. Can you also confirm that the email you are sending tasks from is listed in the "Email addresses" tab in account management?

I'm sorry for those questions, but it helps us figure out what's going on.
