Follow Ups After A Completed Project
Hopefully someone else is in the same situation. We have a Form that automatically creates a project and reschedules it according to a due date. However, one week and two weeks after the project is completed we have follow ups that we'd like to schedule as well.
Right now, we have a Template Project that includes the two follow up tasks and we duplicate it as a sub-project after the original project is generated. I'd like to automate this process but can't come up with a good solution. Any suggestions?
Hi Austin, thanks for reaching out here! I wanted to clarify something about the process you currently use and the one you would want to have. You mention having two follow up tasks which you then turn into a Subproject - do these Subprojects include those two tasks, or do they have a different set of them? How many follow up tasks would you need in total across these Subprojects?

Two tasks total. They are currently under a project we titled "Follow Up" but they could live in a folder. That make sense?

Austin, thanks for the clarification! Would it work to keep these two follow up tasks in that same template Project which gets duplicated upon the submissions of a Request Form? They can also be scheduled two weeks out, but keeping in the same location could help keeps things related to one Project organized in one place. Let me know if there's somethingI misunderstood here!
