    Custom fields start out as "Shared with everyone", but after making a custom field private, there is no obvious way to change it back to "Shared with everyone". In a live chat I had with a Wrike representative (who linked me to this thread to add this feedback here), it looks like you can type in "My Team" to mostly revert back to a shared with everyone state, but this is not a perfect solution (especially since our account doesn't have the "My Team" group, because it was created before that option existed).

    I think there needs to be a simple option that allows you to revert back to "Shared with everyone" after a custom field has been made private. As of now with our account, I have to manually select close a hundred users to revert back to a shared with everyone state.

    :There should be an option to add same data(Custom Feild-Values) to all tasks in a project/Folder. As it takes too much time to add Each field manually

    One issue that may occur when allowing everyone to edit custom fields is that one PM may create a drop-down with 5 options, then someone else may edit these drop-downs while they are in use in a project for the first PM - causing issues for the first project.

    I'd suggest making everyone else (except admins) read-only on the custom fields from the beginning.

    It would be nice to have a separate area to see all custom fields, potentially under account management. So you can see all fields and manage, edit and remove them all in once place with with ability to multi select and edit etc.
