Profile photo for wrike

It seems like there is an issue with keeping my photo updated on this forum. I added a custom photo, and after logging out and in again, it switches to my work headshot (associated with the gmail account used for work). If I log out and in one more time, it reverts back to my initials.

Is anyone else experiencing this and have discovered a workaround?

Thanks

Hi Rob, thanks for posting! Does this happen when you update the profile picture on the Community profile page? It looks like those updates aren't saving because user data for our Community is pulled from your Wrike profile. This setup makes it easier for registered Wrike users to access the Community without signing up additionally. If your Wrike profile picture has those initials, then this is what will be displayed on the Community. If you change the picture in Wrike, then those updates will be reflected here too. Let me know how that goes! Happy to discuss this further. :)

Yep. Adding my profile photo in the Wrike workspace resolved this issue.

Thanks!

Hi Leslie Wilkinson 👋 I’m sorry for the delayed response!

The profile photo you see here in the Community actually comes from your Wrike workspace profile, not from a separate Community setting as mentioned by Anastasia in the previous comment.

To add or change your photo, you’ll need to update it in Wrike itself:
  • Open your Wrike workspace and log in.
  • Click your avatar/initials in the top‑right corner.
  • Choose Settings.
  • In your profile details, click on your current avatar/initials.
Select Upload photo, choose an image from your computer, and save.
Once you’ve updated your picture in Wrike, that image will be synced and shown here in the Community as well.

If your Wrike workspace still shows initials instead of a photo after you follow these steps, let me know what you see and we can look further. Thank you!
