André, welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing this idea here :)
I would like to see a date format option that eliminates possible confusion: ddmmmyyyy 31dec2017 or to better match Andre's: yyyymmmdd
I am glad that yyyymmdd date format will be available.
Does Wrike have plans to support it?
Hi Nishimura, thank you for commenting here! I don't have any updates to share about this right now, but I wanted to thank you for weighing in on the request, this helps us gauge the popularity of suggestions here.
I do need to have another option for date format YYYY-MM-DD (I think that what André suggested). This would allow me to sort task by title when I have date in the title. I have tasks created through Request Form that have date as part of the title.
Date format should be a user preference. I am in Europe and use the DDMMYYYY format.
I'd like a different date format as teams from UK and US both use this system, so it would just be clearer to be able to spell out the month or at least have the abbreviated month.
I agree, being able to spell out or abbreviate the month eliminates confusion. Basically, give dates the flexibility to be in a format that is best for the user.
The ability to define the date format at multiple levels is necessary for global teams:
Otherwise I have users exporting to Excel so that the date columns can be re-formatted before sharing with colleagues.
Thanks

I agree with André Sabosch, the international date format is: YYYY/MM/DD wich should be standard or at least an option.
I agree! I vote for user selectable or at least, YYYY-MM-DD that is sortable.
I agree with Stuart Allaway. Since every user can choose its own language and timezone at user-profile level, the date format should be there as well. Changing it at Admin level doesn't support worldwide distributed teams causing confusion about deadlines.
It would be great if this was a feature that you could add per user account. I am a UK employee currently using the US account set up, seems odd that I can adjust my timezone but not my preferences.
Yes please
In Japan, "yyyymmdd" is a common format, so please add it!
For japan yyyymmdd is the standard format and is a requirement, please prioritize this as it is difficult to build presentations and reports for Japanese companies.
Please add yyyymmdd as an option. This is a significant usability issue that adds frustration for many users in the international community. This seems like low hanging fruit for the Wrike Dev team...
Hey guys, there are three options available in the "Profile settings" section:
