Printing Attachments

Is there anyway to print an attachment without having to download to the computer?

Thanks!

Hi Joshua, thanks for your question! You can easily print images (.bmp, .gif, .png, and .jpeg files) and also .pdf files without downloading them:

1) Click a file in the attachment area to open its preview.
2) Right-click on it in the preview window and select "Open in new tab".

Now you can print a file directly from your browser.

Our Document Editor can help with printing other file types: right-click an attachment and select "Edit" to open it in the default program for this file type; after that, you can print a file from that program. If you don't have the Document Editor on your computer, Wrike will ask you to install it.

If you have any other questions let me know!

Could there be a possible update that will allow you to print directly from the preview?

Hi Kevin, thanks for commenting! Just wanted to clarify which types of attachments you're referring to: images, PDF files, or some other types?

Correct, Anastasia. Our team primarily works with JPGs.
