Save Wrike Login Session
Every time I restart my computer and I open wrike, it asks me to log in again. Why can't it save a session like Google or other websites? I always need to click on the "Google" login when open wrike for the first time each day.
Hi Mateus, thank you for the question! When you use the Google button, you remain logged in to Wrike only for one browser session. This means that you need to click the Google login button each time you open your browser after rebooting. When you use the regular login option and enter your email and password (instead of logging in through Google), you can check "Remember Me". This creates a browser cookie, which keeps you signed in. If you don't have a password for your Wrike account yet, you can create one here. Happy to answer any other questions about this! :)
Hi Nastya,
If I already have an account using my google login, can I still create the user/password so it saves the cookie for my session? All under the same account.
By the way, your answer was MUCH better than what I received when I submitted a ticket through support.
Thanks!
Hi Mateus, I'm happy to hear this information was helpful! When you start using Wrike with a Google login, a password isn't initially created. You can create one for your existing Wrike profile by clicking "Forgot?" in the password field and entering your current email address. Once you've created a password, you can use the regular login fields and check "Remember Me" to save the browser cookie.
P.S. Very impressed with "Nastya"! :)
That worked perfectly! I appreciate the help!
PS: The rest I know from Russian are not very nice words, not suitable for this forum. :P
