Is there any way to move all tasks belonging to a deleted status (removed from workflow) to another status?
For some reason, we deleted one of our statuses (completed/ published) to which many tasks were assigned.
It has up until now been invisible in Wrike, other than searching for it or going to them by using permalinks.
But with the introduction of the new board view, they have become visible here, and it's not really useful for us. Is there any way we can target all of these tasks and change their status to our current status (completed)? They are possible to drag and drop into the current status, but it is a little bit tedious doing this for approx 800 tasks.
What I've tried so far is to see if I could get the tasks visible in list view so I could do a mass update, but there is no way to filter on deleted status as far as I know.
Hi Thomas Won Nyheim,
have you tried to use automation tool?
The only way I know to change in mass edit the status is using List view and / or Automation.
You can also try table view, order task by status, add to the firts task the new status and then drag (like xls).
Let me know if you achieve your needs.
Hi Thomas Won Nyheim, thank you for the interesting question. Here is a quick workaround I would recommend in such case:
