Why cant we @ mention anyone in WRIKE with a collaborator license ??
I am having trouble with some of my users on projects when they want to share or ask a counterpart to look at something in a task or project. It's my understanding that collaborators can only @ mention people already assigned to the project, in our case we have many departments and players that at different times need to review projects without necessarily being part of the project completely for example an engineer that is asked to look at document for accuracy. Is there a way to modify for collaborators the @ mention function so they can bring in anyone in WRIKE into a conversation like the regular users ??
Thank you,
Sandra MM
Hi Sandra Munoz-Moreno, the space/project/folder needs to be shared priorly to the collaborator license.
If you'd like to take a look at creating more granular settings I can recommend using the customizable user types.
We have a use case where our company is using request forms to manage incoming work. We only want collaborators to see the requests they've raised, but have the ability to @ mention anyone in the account in case they need to loop in another stakeholder on the request. The only way around this is to share the whole folder with the user/group which we don't want to do as the user will be able to see work raised from other users/departments.
