Allow request form question to not be mapped anywhere
Sometimes it would be helpful to have a minor question (Like a yes/no question) to not be mapped anywhere. The team wouldn't need it in the title, description, or a custom field. Right now, that answer needs to be mapped to one of those areas, which is unnecessary.
