Wrike’s New Team plan is the perfect solution for smaller teams from 2 to 15 members.

Once you've created your Wrike account, you'll arrive at your shared space, where you'll see your folder, project, or task. Depending on the item type you've selected during account creation, it will open in one of these views: Board, Table, Chart, Gantt Chart, or Calendar. You can learn more about views here.
Note
When adding a user to the team, account owners and admins can specify the folder or project where a new user will land when they first log in.
In the sidebar, you'll find your avatar (or your initials) 1 at the top. By clicking on it:
-
You can access Settings 2, where you can update your personal information, account details, and work schedule.
-
You can customize your workspace, select Appearance 3 and choose the mode you'd like to apply.
-
You can visit the Recycle Bin 4 to restore deleted tasks, folders, or projects back to their original locations.
From the sidebar, you can:
-
Navigate between the items that you have created in the space.
-
Access Shared with me.
-
Access Inbox and Smart folders.
-
Open space settings (if you are a space admin).
-
Invite new users.
-
Create dashboards.
The sidebar can be hidden or brought back by clicking on its icon. When the sidebar is hidden, you can bring back the smaller overlay version of it by hovering next to the left side of your workspace. To bring back the sidebar click the hamburger icon in the left upper-hand corner of the workspace.
Shared with me allows you to access all the projects, tasks shared with you in Wrike. To access it, click on the space selector tab 5 in the sidebar and select Shared with me 6 from the drop-down menu.
Inbox 7 helps you stay on top of important updates in Wrike. You'll see a red number next to the Inbox button in the sidebar, indicating how many unread notifications you have. You'll receive a notification in your Inbox whenever something significant happens, like being assigned a task, receiving a comment from a colleague, being invited to a new space, or having something shared with you.
You can view all the comments you've made in one place by navigating to the Sent tab 8 in your Inbox. To keep your Inbox tidy, you have the option to archive certain notifications, which can be accessed later from the Archive tab 9. Additionally, you can snooze notifications to receive reminders about them at a later time 10.
Tip
Use the pre-built filters 11 to sort your Inbox notifications. You can choose to display all updates or only unread ones.
Different users are able to view and access different things in the same Wrike account at different times. This can be for a number of reasons:
Each Wrike user is assigned their own license type, admin, regular user, or collaborator. License types affect what actions users can take in their account and what is accessible to them. Account owners can select the license type for users when inviting them into the account or later from the account settings.
Regular users have most of the rights in the account, and collaborators are very limited in what they can do (they can access items only if they are shared with them, change items' statuses, leave comments and attach files).
Once items (projects, or tasks) are created in Wrike, they must be shared with you in order for them to appear in your workspace. If something isn’t shared with you, you can’t access it. Once something is shared with you, it appears in your workspace, and you can then view and search for it.
Wrike has a number of views that influence the way you see items. These are changeable and can be configured to suit you. In addition, you can apply any set of filters to influence the items you see.
