Overview

You can generate detailed reports on people data by filtering user attributes in dashboards. Identify skill gaps, review team capacity and utilization, control cost center allocation, and overview company structure. These fields can be department-specific, skill-based, location-based, or any other types of attributes relevant to your organization.

Reporting on organizational structure

You can generate comprehensive reports on your team's structure, cost centers, and other attributes by utilizing custom fields in user profiles to specify the necessary attributes. By creating widgets with the User count metric, split or filtered by user fields, you can produce detailed reports tailored to your needs.

For cost centers, you can identify the number of individuals in each one by leveraging user attributes, assuming you have set up custom fields for each cost center. This allows for precise tracking and analysis of personnel distribution across various cost centers.

Please keep in mind that User Custom Fields function similarly to regular Custom Fields in advanced reports. The data in these reports is extracted from tasks, projects, and folders (not from the settings), so only this data will be visible. It is not possible to group users with the help of User Custom Fields.
