Feature Updates
- New Board View - Changing Assignees From Item Cards ๐ฅ
Now it's possible to change assignees of items on the New Board view straight from the item card. Just click the assignee icon and add/remove the relevant user.
Please note that for accounts created before June 29th, 2022, the New Board View can be enabled through Wrike Labs.
- Automation - Rule Counter Added ๐ค
There's a new widget in the Automation section of Account Management that displays the number of rules created and the rule limit in the account. Click on Rules % to view it.
A similar widget is also available to space admins on the Automation tab of space settings. It doesn't specify how many of the created rules are in the account on space- or account-level but shows the total number of all created rules.

- Cloud Content Connector - Uploading File Versions to DAM Available
Before: It wasn't possible to upload a new version of a file attached from a DAM integration.
Now: File versioning is available for such files. When you upload a new file version in Wrike, it's also automatically updated on the DAM side.
Please note: It's only applicable to DAM API connections that support file versioning.
Fixes
- Daily To-Do Emails Sent To Users Who Opted Out
Some users who didn't enable the option to receive Daily to-do emails still kept receiving them. We fixed it ๐

On the new board view there is no option to save and reuse presets filters like we are able on the old board view?
Also there seems to be a bug when reopening the view with filters applied they don't work until you change a filter option. Using wrike app for windows
We love that we can rearrange columns, that was not possible on the old board view. But collapsing columns will this be made possible on the new board view as well?

Filter presets and collapsing items are the current limitations of the New Board View, and the team is planning to address them in the near future. As for reopening the window, the team is working on a fix at the moment ๐ THank you for reporting this to us!ย

Lisa Would love to see the ability to customize what to show on the cards like the classic board view. This is the only roadblock for our team to utilize the new board view.
