See off days from colleagues
Hi,
I would like to know if their is a way to see the off days of a coworker or a group of coworkers for none admins. I need an overview
The background: we want to plan our next year holidays in Wrike. So everybody will enter in their own schedule their holidays. Public holidays are implemented via the general work schedule. As admin I can see for every person the calendar. But I need an overview for the team leads, so they can see their team members off days over the whole year. I could imagine something with the workload view or the calendar, but both seem to be dead ends to me at the moment. Calendar seems to have no possibility to capture off-days. The workload view makes the off-days grey but gives no numbers.
Does anybody have an idea?

Hi Sven Passinger, a workaround using Wrike's Calendars would be to create a folder where every team member can create tasks for their holidays. After that, create a Calendar that will show the tasks from this folder - that way you'll have an overview of your team's availability. Please let me know if that can help.

@..., I am sorry but that does not help. Wrike has the absence in the work scedules. So we are using this feature. If we now make additional task it is doubling the work and always risk, that somebody changes only one point. Then we can stay with Excel or Outlook, it would be the same and we always have to open the scedule. The feature of work scedules is necessary because you can be sure that you can not give tasks to the people during their holidays without an additional list you have to compare and can make mistakes. Wrike should be for automation and reducing work not for making several lists in Wrike.

I support this request. The work schedule of wrike could be a powerful tool, but is not quite well integrated. It should be at least possible to use it like other wrike calendars, and it would be extremly helpful to connect it with external calendars, as well as to be able to use an approval process for requesting holiday days.

Following up on this, I would like to know if there is a report to list the annual leave for a user or team based on the work schedule
And/or, If I use analytics how can I get the data to build the report

Vanessa Paz as nothing happens in Wrike to solve the problem, we solved this problem for us via API. We programmed a database which collects all off days from Wrike and displays them in an excelsheet. Bad that you have to do such a basic feature by yourself outside Wrike but in Wrike I do not knwo any solution for this.
