Auto Forwarding Emails from Outlook
Hello all,
I recently set up a rule in Outlook to auto-forward emails from a particular person to a folder in Wrike. I'm excited about this functionality but it has a major flaw I'm not sure how to fix.
Every time it forwards, all of the images from the sender's signature are sent as attachments. Obviously, we can just delete these manually but it would be nice to find a workaround! Does anyone know of a workaround in Wrike, or maybe a way to remove attachments within Outlook settings?
Hi Anna,
it would be helpful to understand why you are forwarding these emails. If you'd remove all attachements automatically, then you would also remove other attachments than signature pics which might be necessary.

Florian Kislich Good point! In this case, I don't need any attachments.
We have a third-party company that helps us with lots of additional marketing projects outside of the ones our team is handling. They send us tons of creative and data files to proof. So in this case, any email from our contact there that contains "proofhq" or "sharefile" in the body means there are items for us to proof.
We just need the links; no attachments.
