How to run task status duration report
Hi all,
Does anyone know how to run a report that displays the amount of time a task spent in a specific status? For example:
Task X: New (3 days), Delayed (2 days), In progress (7 days)...

Thanks Lisa! Does the term 'transition delays' simply refer to time between status changes?

Transition delays show how long tasks have been in any given status during the specified time period. Numbers next to an arrow indicate how many days, on average, a task was in a specific status (the status at the start of the arrow) before it was changed.

Our company is blocking emails with attachments coming from external senders.. so I'm unable to get the reports.
I'm sure we are not the only company with that level of security restriction.
