Customizing the look of request forms
Hello- it would be great if there's an option to customize how request forms look. Since there are times when embedded forms need to look in brand with the rest of a website.

Agreed. It would also be beneficial to have the form populate not just in the description, but perhaps as an attachment. This would allow for easier printability and emailing if needed.

Hi Lisa,
did the team ever look at this? I need to set up the form so it has the formatting of our company & some of the smaller questions side by side by side instead of one long page of answers.
If you haven't addressed this, why? Is there some type of external app to integrate to get this feature?
