Inbox Search

It would be helpful if there was a way to search users by name in the inbox much like you can in Microsoft Outlook.  This would be helpful if you know someone conversed with you and you know who it was but can't remember exactly what they said.  With many projects going on and a lot of traffic, they quickly move down the list and are hard to find.  Being able to search by name would be helpful.
