Comments and Image uploads getting buried on tasks or subtask
When we communicate within a task, there are times that our developers miss comments or screenshot images on the thread since they’re hidden because there are multiple comments being placed within the project - for example, we do screenshot of ux designs that need to be edited and sometimes one or two of the screenshots are being missed by the developers to work on and because the thread gets longer and I was wondering if there are ways to assign a comment to someone specific in the thread. We usually have a designer and developer including the project manager on each task.
There are a lot of times comments are hidden on the top since our team communicates back and forth and when we upload more than 4 attachments they get buried within the conversations.
Is there a feature for this that we can utilize based on previous use cases of your current clients

My first suggestion would be to use the Files View - users can see all the files in the Project and filter them to be able to find them easier:
