[Status: Backburner ⏳] Add the possibility to activate Wrike Resource Addon only for selected users
Hello,
our Wrike account has many regular users, but only five or six would benefit from and use the Resource Addon.
Is there a plan for the future to create another Role (like Collaborator, Regular User...) in order to activate and pay for the add on only for selected users?
Thanks a lot
This same concept would be wonderful for other paid addons like Proofing and Approvals as well.
Hey guys, thanks for posting this here! For now, this is not planned for the nearest future. At the same time, it's on our team's radar, so I'll get back to you here if there are any changes.

Hey everyone, a quick update - the Product team are interested in this but it isn't on the short-term roadmap as of right now - I'm changing the status of the thread to Backburner. I'll keep you posted on any further updates!
Requiring everyone to be on the same tier, is a good way of having no one on a higher tier!
This is a great idea. We would benefit from the same idea for Wrike Integrate - not everyone works with other platforms that need to talk with each other, so why should we need to pay for an Integrate license for everyone? We would likely add the Wrike Analyze licensing if we could just add it for the Project Managers and general management team, rather than everyone in the organization.
This would be extremely beneficial for all add-ons. As my Wrike enterprise team has grown to 200+ users, the "all or none" user cost of add-ons has become a limiting factor. Only ~10 of us would benefit from add-ons such as Resource, Integrate, and Analyze, so justifying the add-on cost for all 200 users has basically become impossible. Paying per user fee (even at a slightly higher rate) and being able to buy a limited number of "seats" for each add-on would be the ideal way for my team's admins to continue pushing forward with advanced features and becoming full Wrike advocates.

Hi everyone, apologies for the delay in response here. Thank you for sharing your feedback and use cases here, they've been passed on to the Product team.
There are currently no plans to implement this suggestion into Wrike. If there are any changes here, I'll be sure to let you know.
